BOOX has officially launched an e-reader called the Note Air6 C for overseas markets, drawing widespread attention from e-reading enthusiasts thanks to its 10.3-inch color E Ink display and Android-based configuration. The product is priced at USD 579.99, equivalent to roughly RMB 3,901 at current exchange rates.

Display technology is one of the device's core highlights. The Note Air6 C uses a Kaleido 3 color E Ink panel that supports 16 levels of grayscale and can render as many as 4,096 colors. In terms of resolution, it reaches 2480 x 1860 pixels in monochrome mode and 1240 x 930 pixels in color mode. To improve the reading experience, the screen includes a front light system with adjustable color temperature, keeping content legible even in dim environments.

On the hardware side, the device runs a processor clocked at up to 2.9GHz, paired with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, for strong performance. Storage can be expanded further via a microSD card. For handwriting, the device is compatible with the BOOX Pen3 stylus, offering 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and tilt recognition to meet the writing needs of professional users.

For portability and battery life, the Note Air6 C keeps its body weight to 440 grams and packs a 3,700mAh battery, balancing light weight with long use. The device also includes a fingerprint recognition module for improved data security. On the audio side, a combination of dual speakers and a four-microphone array makes it better suited to voice transcription and multimedia playback.
